Founded in 2007, Factor 8 had a humble beginning of doing favors for past colleagues and friends of company President Lauren Bailey.A one-man show, she wasn't asked to submit big bids or compete against training giants like Huthwaite or Miller Heiman, but the calls kept coming. She was soon consistently busy helping local Sales Leaders teach their inside sales forces how to actually use the other training programs to actually make sales on the phone. A little coaching turned into some consulting. That evolved into some training. And then something amazing would happen. The results of that little team training would spread across the organization until more and more groups wanted in. Soon, The Factor 8 Sales Breakthrough Workshop was born. Today an entire team works full time to meet the demand of local, National, and International Sales Leaders eager to acquire new business, scale their management team, move field teams to the inside, and who can't wait for the immediate and measurable results from their sales forces.
