I went into this training thinking "man not another boring training seminar". I was very wrong... The overall message and information of the training was well received on my end, I was not sure If I would learn anything, but yet you made sure there was always new information for us along with new tips and tricks. Factor 8 trainings taught us to move away from checking the list to make sure we covered everything to having a conversation. The new direction is to find out more about the customer and share with them the value and concept of Oakwood. We saw an 18% improvement in Hot Hand-offs!! Liz C.

Managers, Thursday I attend training with Lauren. The topic was creating an effective Introduction. Having a training background, I was very impressed with the content and especially Lauren’s delivery. Although Introductions are important, they can be difficult to train while keeping the class engaged. In the session that I attended the sales agents were activity participating, learning and having fun. In my opinion these classes are important to our success as a program. Kent K.
I wanted to thank you and your company for providing our group with more tools for our toolbox. Before you came outbound dialing seemed like somewhat of a foreign concept around here. I’m glad you were able to actually give us valuable information we could apply to these calls. I can’t tell you how many seminars I’ve been to where a speaker jumps around in front of a group of sales people, listens to himself talk, gives away a few pens, plugs his book then leaves not giving the people in the room anything they can take away and apply to their jobs.
